Broken Phone Calls By K.V. Sart

Not the words that are said,
but the words that are not said,
or the ones I cannot say,
but have tried many times,
and at times have come close to saying,
to the point where she knows the words that I am not saying
and knows what these words would mean and do mean.

Empty Reverb by K.V. Sart

The sound from the television echoes and reverbs in the room.  Not many things here.  Not many things to kill the sound, to absorb the echo.  The echo of the television or the computer speakers, not the echo of live voices, but sometimes the pounding of the computer keyboard.  The space is nice to look at but is difficult to be in.  A claustrophobic feeling of open space, of being completely contained in the emptiness of the thing.  Just me in here, and a few other things.
